Art Museum Development Association (AMDA)

Founded in 1971, membership in the Art Museum Development Association (AMDA) is open to the most senior development executive whose primary function is the development of financial resources for his/her art museum.

The organization exists to provide professional growth for members by sharing general and specialized knowledge, to discuss problems and to keep abreast of trends in the field.

In addition to the conference, hosted annually by a different member organization, AMDA members are provided access to a listserv which allows them to stay in touch with each other throughout the year.
